These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by Midnight Inventions, a product label of Horizon Refined Designs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including VaultMail, digital guides, script bundles, and this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any of our products, or by accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Description of Services

Midnight Inventions offers software applications (including VaultMail, a desktop email client for macOS) and digital products (including guides and script bundles) for purchase and download. VaultMail connects directly to your email provider(s) to send, receive, and manage email. Midnight Inventions does not operate email servers or process your email on our behalf.

3. Digital Products License

When you purchase a digital product (such as a guide or script bundle), you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the product or any part of it
  • Share your download link or files with others
  • Use the product to create a competing product

One purchase is for one person. If you need licenses for a team, please contact us.

Refund policy: If the guide does not work for you, contact support@midnight-inventions.com within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

4. User Accounts and Authentication

VaultMail may use third-party authentication services (including Google OAuth) to connect to your email accounts. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and email credentials
  • All activity that occurs through your authenticated accounts
  • Complying with your email provider's terms of service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Use our products to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our products or services
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell our products without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

VaultMail, the Midnight Inventions name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Horizon Refined Designs LLC. All digital products, guides, and script bundles are copyrighted works. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Privacy

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using our products, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services including email providers, authentication services (such as Google and Microsoft), and payment processors (such as Gumroad). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midnight Inventions and Horizon Refined Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midnight Inventions, Horizon Refined Designs LLC, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling them and deleting your local data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
